Information We Collect
Account details, Hudl names, Human roles, pet profiles, Care routines, care logs, invite links, sitter links, support requests, comments, reactions, and uploaded photos or videos.
How The App Uses It
Data is used to show shared Care, sync Hudl updates, display care history, share read-only sitter instructions, provide support, and protect the service from unauthorized access.
Account Deletion
Users can start account deletion in the mobile app or by emailing support. PawHudl verifies account ownership, reviews owned Hudls and active subscriptions, and removes or anonymizes eligible account data. Limited records may remain when needed for security, billing, support, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Retention
Active app data remains while an account or Hudl is active. Removed pets, Care, comments, and posts may be hidden immediately and purged after a limited recovery and abuse-prevention window. Backup copies may remain for a limited time according to provider backup schedules.
